Thanks SHASHANK. You can get build 6.0.1.2 from http://www.norton.com/n360s_6 (standard) or http://www.norton.com/n360p_6 (premier), depending on the type you're updating. Let me know if you need anything else.

Oh ! Thanks tony for the links .
The Download link in the Norton trial center isn't working anymore , so guess the trial provided till yesterday was build 145 . That was a mistake after all .
Tony please check this :
http://us.norton.com/downloads-trial-norton-360?in
The trial version being provided is still 6.0.0.145 . Is that by mistake or what .?
Plz clarify .....

Hi snowstorm,
It looks like the the trialware listed on this page (http://us.norton.com/downloads-trial-norton-360) is giving out 6.0.0.145, which is the final build of N360 v6. As some have also pointed out, there's a slightly different version available (6.0.1.2) via the Norton Update Center and the direct downloads. There's virtually no difference between the builds; they're the same changes listed in this post.
However, I know that many of you are concerned about not having the absolute latest version. If this is you, I recommend going to http://updatecenter.norton.com with your v5 product, or if you're running 6.0.0.145, use the direct links http://www.norton.com/n360s_6 (standard) or http://www.norton.com/n360p_6 (premier) to get 6.0.1.2.

Huh !
So i was right after all .![]()
That is weird . You should distribute the same builds via all methods . Its confusing after all ....

Shashank,
I've tried the link you used a couple of times and get:
| The Server Is Busy | ||
Your identity could not be verified at this time. Please try this operation again at a later time.
so either they are hastily loading the release version or everyone is trying to get N 360 ....
