My local disk size has a total of 285 GB and I only have 25.2 GB of free space, so naturally I wanted to figure out why I have so little space left in my computer. I found out that 196 GB has been taken up by my Norton folder.
Computer >> Local Disk (C:) >> ProgramData >> Norton
Is there any way I can DRASTICALLY reduce the size of this MONSTROSITY of a folder?
Please help!
Sincerely,
A scared PC user
PS - I have an HP pavilion dv6 Laptop running on a Windows Vista OS.

Hi George
Welcome to the forums. Please take a look at this thread which might be useful for you. If you had Upgraded from older versions of Norton360 to the latest versions, the Older Virus Definitions might get stuck in their respective folders. Please take a Backup of your Identity safe Data and then run the Norton Removal Tool then Download the Norton360 from your Norton Account and install it.
