For some reason, Norton 360 is showing that my virus and spyware definitions are not up to date even after I successfully run"FIX". Is there a solution or explanation for this problem?

First, make sure that your system time and date are correct. Then follow the instructions in the following document to make sure the subscription status of your installed product is correct. Then run LiveUpdate to get the latest definitions.

Time and date are correct and subscription info is also correct. I'm done Liveupdate a number of times and it always indicates everything is up to date. Now what?
