Try configuring the Network Map in Norton 360 to allow communication for the wifi/wireless connection.
Click on settings --> my network --> trust control -> 'trusted' your connection

Turn off the Smart Firewall from Norton 360 for temporary purpose(15 minutes), and then try to connect to WiFi. Does your wifi shows up in the network devices under Network Security Map?
