I keep on getting error 3035,6. I tried to do the live update and restart ( for few times) but in vain. I dont know what to do
Which version of what Norton product are you runniing?

OK, sounds like it might be time to do a quick session with the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool found here:
Be sure to save your identity safe data BEFORE you do this. Also, be sure to run live update after you do the reinstall. Reboot as directed and keep doing it until the program tells you that you have downloaded and installed all of the updates.
