Hi, does anyone know how to fix this error? Says I am not protected...this just started today and have not installed any new updates or software.

Do you have any other antivirus or Firewall products installed? If you have, uninstall it, and then run LiveUpdate.

According to this KB article, you may have another non-Norton security product installed which must be removed.
Can you confirm that?

Just to clarify, no other realtime products such as Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes (paid version), etc?

really can not see anything like that. Funny thing, have been using N360 Premier for about 2 months....was away for 2 weeks and when I turned on the pc, this error happened....

Okay - more info. Please Run Live Update multiple times until no more updates are available.
Restart your computer and let us know.
