exceeded installs but one pc is out of commission

I just bought a new computer because my old one died. I tried to install norton 360 on the new one but I get a message stating i exceeded my limit. Is there anything I can do to since the old pc is no longer working?

I do really apologize for the same. In this situation you can contact the Norton Chat Support to get support for activation.

You can select the language and select the Norton Program that you have.

Did you register your product on the Norton account?

If yes you can log in to your Norton account, and find the product key there.

You will also have a DOWNLOAD button next to the product details.
