I've been dealing with this issue as well. Glad to see the Norton team is at least aware of the issue. Heres hoping for a fix sooner than later.

I, too, am having my Norton 360 6.2.1.5 crash BUT after a fresh install of VISTA. My computer was running perfectly untill I installed Norton 360. I did a freash install (which took 7 days thanks to all the updates and upgrades) because I could not stop Norton 360 from crashing. SO I made sure my computer was working perfectly before installing Norton 360. Here is the crash info:

Hi Phillip_B,
What Service Pack level is your Vista OS?
05-30-2012 10:44 AM
as it says:
OS version 6.0.6002.2.2.0.256.6
which is the latest of the sp2 version of Vista. This is a fully updated/upgraded Vista.

Maybe this might help: When ccSvsHst.exe crashes, I'm running an old 16bit program that accesses the internet for a data download.

Just in case none of you check the NIS 2012 forum on this, it is very much alive.
