Hi,
I got the warning to renew my 360 licence - I did and installed it - BUT I'm still getting messages that it's about to expire!?
I got an email with an order number, a product key and a serial number - downloaded from the link in the mail, followed the prompts. It seemed to have worked but I have yet to do anything with the serial ar product key.
Help please?

Welcome to the Norton Community Forum
From whom did you get the notice ? What version were you running? How many days does it show remaining under subscription status? Have you tried clicking on Support and Subscription Update.? How long is the alpha-numeric code without putting your key in the thread? Who was the email from? Was this for your subscription or for something else.? Thanks.
It's not a good idea to click links from emails especially for programs.

That means you bought a new copy and not a renewal .......
As floplot says that can be dangerous unless you got it form Norton themselves.
It sounds like you did not enter the Product KEY that you got into the Subacribe/Renew box where it says "I have an existing KEY" or something like that?
