Okay. I open up firefox... this search engine called isearch.claro comes up. when i open up google chrome, i also see this. i dont recall ever making this site my homepage at all!! in fact i never heard of it. i tried to research online, and a lot of the sites said it was a browser hijacker and the site gave instructions of how to delete it. but when i do as it says, i cannot find any of the files!! i now think those sites are fake. i also tried restarting firefox. it did not work, i removed it as a homepage and link on google chrome, and it still did not work!! pls im so scared of what happen if i dont do anything about!! help pls
