How did you update your 360? Did an older version expire? Did you enter a new product key or a renewal key?
If a new key was entered, Norton's records show the old key expired, and they think you have no protection. If you are referring to email warnings, they should stop after about a month. You may also be able to contact Support by online chat and see if they can stop the messages. www.norton.com/chat
