internet problem after norton installation

I have just installed norton and after restarting my pc I have no internet connection. my wireless router is working ok as my laptops are connected ok. can anyone please help

Hi andypryer,

 

Do you also have Microsoft Security Essentials installed on this machine?  If so, please uninstall it completely.  Loss of internet connectivity is a known consequence of running MSE and Norton 360 together.
