Norton 360

I reinstalled norton 360 v5 after havin problems with vers6. I used the norton tool to delete vers6 completely and reinstalled vers5 from the original purchased CD. I now cannot find my previous backups which I ran and saved in Norton's online secure storage. My current installed version does not pick up the fact that I had backed up all my data before the issue with vers6 and keeps prompting me to set up my back up.Can someone help me find my previous backups as I have data on them that is only there??

Help please.

Hi

   Welcome.Sorry for the trouble you're havin. Check the Online Backup is activated in your Norton360: N360->Backup->Manage Backup Set-> Where (tab)->See if you're having an option click here to activate secure online storage->Click on that to activate the storage->Check the Total and the available storage space in the same page. At the end click save settings.

  To restore the files from online storage: Backup->Restore Files->View All->Click Refresh List and select the appropriate Backup set->Select the location and then restore the files.

I have the same problem.  I've tried the procedure that you gave, but only receive the message "No Backup sets found"

Do you have any other suggestions?

Sorry not to reply before.  I'v been away. I tried refresh. I tried pulling my hair out.  I got onto the Chat service.  The guy there tried to recover my backups with no success.  He made and retrieved a small back up ,but that has now dissappeared.  He sent a Restore Data Request Forn to busupport who promise to respond within 1 busines day.  That was 4 days ago.  Still waiting for a reply.  Gone bald.
