i've got through few analysts untill one of them got serious when i told about the problem remote assistence done to check the problem

this issue gone through r&d team making fix of my problem

this is updated report means n360 2.0 have conflict to scan ubisoft games directory this is the reason why n360 2.0 complain

i had to remove the game and the error got away i'm afriad it might be return the error this is also for the employes for review the problem i recevied from norton

the error is in quaritine so is excluded the problem is sealed for awhile

the error might come back to hunt other ubisoft game directories

one of the analyst helped to take care of the problem

this is for sure serious critical bug to norton 360 2.0 virus scanner

better to take a look for this and squash this bug for good

Hi Adam

I just too a look at your log.

Only two things I found what could be the problem.

1. Norton Antibot; Shouldn't be a problem but you could try uninstalling-->use reg cleaner--> see what it does
2. It looks like there are several versions of Norton 360 installed. Are you sure you used the NRT tool earlier? Maybe use the NRT tool and than use a reg cleaner like Ccleaner can help

the problem is excluded norton360 2.0 have only problem to scan ubisoft/beowulf this caused norton to complain about the crash

i did virus scan all good no crash no nothing i detected few virus and cleaned my computer

so no need to use tools now norton function properly i did some few uninstalls to fix problems

norton antibot is fine to me

the exclude is temporary solution untill symantec gets fix this conflict between beowulf directory to norton virus scan
