i used this tool already and installed n360 v2

so still the scan gave me same error

no really only n360 2.0

n360 v2 have problem to scan lots of files

What was on your machine before 360 v1?

i removed v1 i dont need it anymore since i have v2

Please download this

Than do this:

1) Start SysInspector

2) Click: File

3) Click: Save Log

4) Choose a space to safe the log

5) Click : Safe

6) After "Log Saved Succesfully" click op: OK

7) shut down the program

8) PM me the log file

there problem with this file ccsvchst.exe this get crashed during in the middle of the scanning

dont know if this help this symantec service framework there is a flaw with virus scan
