Hello every body, as i said it in a previous subject I frequently use norton identity safe and i lmade suggestion. I would like to make aniother one, norton identity safe , should work at least with the most used site , like face book, because i use it with facebook and it doesn't work well.

does it work properly on your computer , am I the only one who have this problem. If somebody has a list of sites which doesn't work properly with norton identity safe please comment and send us your sites.

I guess you have issue in autofilling login for facebook. This is a known issue with Facebook since it contains Sign-up and Logins in the same page unlike other sites. This causes norton Identity Safe to pop up the card and prevents auto-fill of logins. Try the following workaround 1.To save login: Without entering username/password click login in facebook page which will redirect to Incorrect login page. Now you enter the login details and Save login will pop-up from Identity Safe. Save the login 2.To auto-fill: Now go to facebook.com, if the login details are not auto filled, click the facebook in Norton toolbar->Cards&Logins. This will populate the user name & password fields. Hopefully this will fix the issue. Next time onwards it will automatically fill the login details for facebook.

I knew this work around solution but i just wanted to propose a post where we could post all the sites were norton identity safe doesnt work . maybe it's the only one which have issues. It was just in the idea of improving norton's utilities.

Thanks for reporting this issue. This issue was already reported and dev. team is working on this. We keep reviewing all the sites to verify if Identity Safe works properly and report the issues if any. Thanks for your co-operation.
