Norton 360

I am getting error message C:\programfiles(x86)\norton360\engine\5.1.0.29\uistub.exe  unspecified error ....when I attempt to load it.

Questions before answers. Operating system? What is/was the security product yoou had before trying 360?

If it is simply a corrupted download then the following should solve the problem. Use the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to clean up everything and install a current copy of 360. You can find it here:

A word of warning . It will remove all of your Norton programs but it will only reinstall 360.
