Hello, was wondering if anyone else is having this issue? N360 has been running fine. then this morning, i see the little red "x", so i open the main panel and see "backup is not activated". so i click the fix now, get prompted to sign in, then get a "we are unable to proceed....". The last time this happened was right after i upgraded from version 5 to 6. a chat rep unistalled and reinstalled to get it all working again that time. will i have to go that route again or does anyone have any suggestions to try first? thanks for any info.

You can try AutoFix. Click on Support - Get Support.
If that does not work, you can run the Norton Remove and ReInstall tool found here.
Run LiveUpdate manually, rebooting as necessary, until there are no updates available.
