Hi
Welcome. Sorry for the trouble you're having, Can you please turn off the outgoing email scan option in the Norton360 and then try to send the emails. N360-->Settings-->Antivirus-->Scans and Risks-->Email Antivirus Scan Configure-->Remove the check mark and OK.

Hi stormatmidnight,
In all likelihood, it is your email service provider, not Norton, that is rejecting the large attachments. Most ISPs limit the sizes of attachments that can be sent through their servers. Norton is simply displaying the notification from your provider. Please see the following for an indication of what is allowed by various ISPs:

Where do I turn off the outgoing email scan in the Norton 360?

I had mentioned the location in my previous post.

I did get it the first time, except when I go into Scans and Risks, there is no "email antivirus scan" congifure category. I just updated and downloaded the new version. Why do I not have this?

It should be there under the scan and risks tab (you've scroll down little)
