i paid for my renewal and have my product key, why wont it work?
How did you renew? Was it online with Norton?
Did you get a renewal code by email?
How many days remaining do you have showing on the N360 user interface.? If the new time is not showing, click on Renew beside the subscription status on the main page. Then look for a link to enter a new or renewal code. Enter your code in the next page.
Click on Support - Subscription Status to synch your computer with the Norton Subscription servers.
