Norton 360

 I have downloaded Norton internet security before using a web browser using the following info:  www.norton.com/'nis10.

I would like to redownload Norton 360 Version 4 standard.  what would the info be entered into the web browser?

Hello JackM254,

First, please be advised that the product keys for NIS and Norton 360 are not interchangeable.

I assume you have or will be removing NIS 2010 prior to installing Norton 360v4 Standard.

You can download and save Norton 360v4 Standard here.

Before uninstalling NIS 2010, you should backup your Identity Safe Data per these instructions.

A good procedure for uninstalling a Norton Product is to uninstall via Add-Remove Programs or Programs and Features.  You can follow that up by downloading and running the Norton Removal Tool here .

Note that these link are to the North American website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
