reinstall norton 360

automatic update removed my norton 360.....didn;t know that was possible. Anyway I need to reinstall it. I bought the Norton 360 with 3 installs, I put one on this and 1 on another. If I download again will that use up my last install? is there anyway to download the original 1?

Re: reinstall norton 360

Hi jmbyrd2006,

Your seat usage is based on a hardware configuration, so as long as you didn't change your computer's internal hardware components since the last install, you should be ok!

If it does happen to use up all of your seats, just contact support and explain to them what happened and I'm sure they can help you out. :)

Was it going from N 360 V5 to V6? In that case it does first uninstall the previous version but it should tell you and ask you if you wanted it to save your settings and ID safe data or to make a clean install ....

Otherwise I don't know why this should happen.
