restoring files from earlier version of norton

I have a backup folder created by a previous version of Norton (I dont know the version). I recently changed to Norton Security Suite. But, now when i try to restore files I can't see my backed up files even though i can see the N360_Backup folder in Windows Explorer.

How do i restore files from N360_Backup.

please advise.
