searchmagnified.com malware

I'm running full system scans on 360 & its not detecting this one!  Searchmagnified is malware which hijacks your browser and redirects you to searchmagnified.com.  It does it on both chrome & mozilla.

Re: searchmagnified.com malware

Follow up!  This appears to be a problem on the registrar's end.  I nearly wiped out six systems over here thinking this was a localized trojan which your software wasn't detecting because google carries on and on about it.  I tried every malware app out there and things came back clean as did yours.  Considering I hadn't yet received a response and no previous litereture exists in your forum I was convinced this was incompetency over there until I remoted into a computer in san diego i know is clean to test.  My cell behind verizons network on iphone also produced same results so this is not a localized issue.  My registrar namecheap.com must have an infected server somewhere because my dns settings are most definately pointed at their stuff with url redirection.  Only problem is the url isn't redirecting to where it's suppose to!  Instead it takes you to this annoying searchmagnified.com site which spoofs itself to be your site!  I seriously wish the pentagon would consider bombing these jerks.  Test a couple of your new bunker busters on them and see if i care!  : )

Also when someone uninstalls one of the three provided copies of 360 in their license it would be nice if norton's account manager would recognize this & update the settings in the account where one's purchased software log is kept so I don't have to call ya up & confirm its actually me attempting to use a legitimate copy and no more than what is allowed!  It also saves you guys tech time as well!!  With technology changing as quickly as it does its not uncommon for one to upgrade a mobo..
