Norton 360

I upgraded to the version 6 of 360 and since then I am not able to login to my id safe or even create a new one all I get is the abilitys to add or change a profile local and not online?

Hi,

Can you see your old local profile which you had in 5.0 version? If you want to create a new Online profile keeping your local profile too, just click on the configure button pertaining to "Identity safe setup" in the identity safe settings, in the window which opens, click on "Login to Norton Account", if you already have a Norton Account, just give in that login else a create a new Norton Account login from that Window. Once you login to the Norton Account, it would prompt you to creata a new Online profile.

everything works what I had to do is uninstal and remove all norton data and then install agin.
