I hope you removed your software from the computers you no longer own. Running the Norton Removal tool will insure that nothing of your Norton product(s) remains on the disk
Uninstalling from the old and installing on the new should be a simple process. Should you run into any difficulties you can alwasy go to
The customer service chat feature and they will get things sorted out

On the new PC it is very important to completely remove all traces of any security software, even trial versions, that may have come pre-installed.
Would you pleae say what security product came on it and someone can give you detailed instructions on removing it with the tool provided by the maker of that product -- they di so deep into the system that a normal uninstall does not remove everything and that can cause conflicts with another product.
Also you can't transfer the installation but have to reinstall so rather than use a CD which will be long outofdate please download the exact same version and subversion from below that matches the KEY you have; they are not interchangeable.
New N360 V5: Click on the link that matches your version:
Norton 360 v5 Standard: http://www.norton.com/n360s_5/ << version with 2GB of online storage
Norton 360 v5 Premier: http://www.norton_com/n360p_5/ << version with 25GB of online storage
Norton 360 v5 Standard Netbook Edition: http://www.norton.com/n360sne_5/ Netbook Edition << version with 2GB of online storage
Norton 360 v5 Premier Netbook Edition: http://www.norton_com/n360pne_5/ Premium Netbook Edition << version with 25GB of online storage
Make sure you get the right version since the keys are not interchangeable. SAVE the file where you can find it -- do not run it from the download site when Windows asks what you want to do.
You can download that file on any computer and transfer it to a thumbdrive to install on another.
With VISTA or WIndows 7 I recommend starting the installation from the saved file by right mouse clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator. since it seems to give better results.
Let us know about the security software.
When it asks you to activate it you can click on Renew and enter the key there.
