upgrade disables one internet site

I have one site that I order from regularly, since a 360 upgrade a couple of months ago I can no longer access order functions or log in to that site, all other sites do not have this issue. I'm puzzled and have not been able to find a solution, the "virtual agent" at Norton Support has been less than helpful.

Welcome

What version of 360 are you using? Support - About.

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?

What is the URL of the site you are having trouble with? You can report the site using the Identity Safe link on the Norton Toolbar. Click on the link, then on Report Issue. This will bring the site to Norton's attention.

A few more question to go along with peterweb's:

Are you trying to log-in using Identity Safe?  If so is ID Safe populating the user name and password?  Have you tired to manually log in (typing the user name and password in without using ID Safe to fill them in)?

Re: upgrade disables one internet site

The trouble began after one 360 upgrade a few months ago (another upgrade loaded a couple of days ago), I log in manually. My computer runs updates daily if not more often, I did Live Updates yesterday, still have issues with the one site, ordered on two other sites yeaterday and today with no issues. Puzzling.

Can you give us the URL of the problem site. That way others here can test to see if it is the site itself that may have changed something.

http://www.inhousepharmacy.biz/default.aspx?

I have used their site for quite a while with no site issues until recently. Had no problems ordering on a couple of model railroad sites two days ago.

I went to that site and was able to add items to a shopping cart. I did not set up an account so could not test the log in.

Can you add items to the shopping cart, even if you are not logged in? Do you have the latest updates to Flash? What browser and version do you use?
