That thread relates to CPU usage? My issue is only when I select system "Shutdown". ccSvcHst will not terminate whatever process it's running, and Windows makes me manually end the process, which will then allow for normal system shutdown. Does this issue relate to network drives or external drives? I've never been able to find the page within Norton 360 which allows me to uncheck Scan External Drives, which seems to have been the solution for other users of NAV.
