Hello Pepsmom,

I am not speaking for Safe Web, but rather from my own experience.

I believe that having a clearly identifiable Privacy Policy on your site is an important requirement for the Safe Shopping Cart icon.  Currently, I do not see one on youronlinesuperstore.com.

Placing this on your site may help speed the process.

Thanks again Phil, you are very helpful.  I did have a Privacy Policy on my site but it only showed up after a transaction was made, so I have now added a link to it in the footer of every page of my site so it is easier to find and read.
