I'm running N360, and today, a pop up message rises up from the sys tray with a message sayint to complete a "survey". I've never seen it before, and noticed there was a new icon in the sys tray. i hovered over it and it was named relevant knowledge. I've never installed anything related to that, in fact NO installations recently. i ran N360 and only picked up the usual cookies. looked in control panel and saw is as an installed program. i uninstalled via control panel. ran a malwarebytes scan which found 4 items (this is the first time malwarebytes has EVER found anything on my machine), and deleted successfully.
I guess my question is, am i infected with something? and also, HOW did that get onto my machine? are there any other scans i should run? maybe im just paranoid. shouldn't N360 block things like this?

Marketscore.RelevantKnowledge is seen as a PUP, and can come bundled in Freeware programs.
Thus the latest version of Adwcleaner should detect the service, files and other objects.
