Here is my problem, the gmail account I signed up with when I bought the norton mobile security is no longer active, I did change all the email information on the norton site to reflect my new email address but now NMS anti-theft keeps asking me to "Sign in" on my phone. It will not let me do this because it wont allow me to change the email address listed, the only field I can change is the password field.
How do I correct this so I can sign in using my NEW email account?

You'll need to change your Norton Account information. To start, you'll need to work with customer service to change your Norton Account information (go to http://norton.com/chat) and after you do that, uninstall and reinstall NAT with the new Account email address.

Thanks for the reply but your link did not work. Also, How would I be able to install it again? It would make me purchase it again if I redownloaded it using my new email address.
