I will try to assist you but i have to know what version of NMS you have

installed ? and what sort of Android device you are using ?

Are you running the latest version of NMS 2.5 ? and do you have any

buddys set up for your Anti-Theft features.?

And also do you remember your password that would have been used

to set up the Anti-theft features of NMS.?

If you provide this info the Forum will be able to assist you with your issue.

This info might be able to help you. :)

If you have a early version of NMS and have not done the updates to 

Norton Mobile Security 2.5 try the following if you cannot remember your

password to unlock the device using the buddies that should have been

entered when setting up the NMS Anti-Theft features-

You can unlock your device by sending simple text message (SMS) from a buddy’s mobile to your mobile.

Contact one of the buddies that you have added to your buddy list and have them send the following text message (SMS):

unlock buddy_mobile_number

Note: Make sure that you do not include the + sign, country code, or a leading 1 or 0 depending on your buddy's location.

Following are few examples :

• For US:
  If your buddy's mobile number is (213)456-7890, send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 2134567890
• For UK:
  If your buddy's mobile number is 07512 345678, send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 7512345678
• For India:
  If your buddy's mobile number is 9876543210, send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 9876543210
• For Sweden:
  If your buddy's mobile number is 0708-12 34 56 , send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 708123456
• For Japan:
  If your buddy's mobile number is 901 234 5678, send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 9012345678
• For Finland:
  If your buddy's mobile number is 50 123 4567 , send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 501234567
• For Norway:
  If your buddy's mobile number is 9876 5432 , send the following text message to unlock:
  unlock 98765432

password you could try the following steps to unlock the Android device

using the buddies you would have entered when setting up the NMS

Anti-Theft features-

With Norton Mobile Security 2.5, unlocking your locked phone is made easy. Now you can contact one of your buddies and have them send the following text message (SMS) to your mobile device:

If you do not remember the contacts that you have added as buddies, tap the Unlock Help tab. You can see a list of your buddies. Tap one of the buddies to call and have the following text message (SMS) sent to your mobile device:

unlock
