I tried to take a picture of myself to test this feature, but received the message
"Failed to take a photo. Please try again later."
I am wondering why, as this has happened several times and on different days and my camera is working fine. I think that this has worked successfully previously.

Also what kind of device is it? Is it a built-in laptop webcam, or an external one?
Is the driver the latest?
Plus include please which Windows OS do you use.

Can you please send me your Norton account email address, whether the device you are having a problem with is PC or Android and OS version in a private message.
If you can also try this again and send me the time including timezone when you tried taking the photo, we can investigate this on our side.
