Norton Anti-Theft

I am using Norton Anti-theft on my Asus TF301.  When I test the lock function it locks the device.  I am able to locate it with the location tool but the Sneak Peek does not take any pictures.  It says status is "Missing and Online" but no further action.  The device does have a front facing camera.

In what country is the device you are trying to take pictures from located?

We'll look into this immediately and see what might be causing the problem.
