Hi,
I was trying to remove a user from the online interface but I accidentally ended up removing all PC's from the system.
I wanted to clear out an old user that I originally setup to test, I was in that user's account and clicked "removed device" but took it was I was removing the PC from the user account and not the PC from the system.
I then went to check another user and all the PC's where of course gone.
This happened less than 15 mins to me typing up this post.
Can my settings be rolled back to before this point?
Have I any restore options within the settings?
I can easily reinstall on one PC here at home but the other 2 are remote.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
FdjC

Hi FdjC,
You don't need to re-set the house rules. Just download Norton Safety Minder on the PC (that is removed) by clicking on the “ Norton Safety Minder Download Now” link which locates in the lower right hand corner of the NOF main page https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs
Thanks,
Katie

Hi Katie,
Thanks for the reply.
I can do this on the PC here at home but I cannot do it on the 2 others as I wont be near them for a while.
Is there any alternatives for the remote PC's?
Before I opened the thread I read someone else preformed a simiar action and was able to restore the original config is this still possible?
Thanks & Regards,
FdjC

FdjC,
The original config is saved on the NOF servers, so as long you us the same email address for your account, they are saved.
For the remote PCs, you need to installed Norton Safety Minder on the PCs first, and the original config is saved on the servers too. The settings will be available to you.
Thanks,
Katie
