At this moment I still experience the problem: my son is connected, but no logs at all.

I really need help..I am overseas and had downloaded and installed the software on my son's computer and couple of weeks ago. It says connected but I am not getting any activity or information. Please help. I thought it was simple to install but it just doesn't seem to work.

Same problem here; had this installed on two computers, one each for my kids:

 

* kid1 @ pc1 (vista home basic 32-bit, chrome)

 

* kid2  @ pc2 (win7 home premium 32-bit, chrome)

 

Everything works ok for kid2, but doesn't for kid1 suddenly. I had a mobile account for kid1 as well, but I am going to delete that...

 

Can it be fixed?

carmik,

 

You said PC1 suddenly doesn't work, so I assume the PC did work before.  Do you still see the Norton Safety Minder icon in the system tray active (not disabled)?

 

Do you see the child's profile online is protected (in green)?'

 

Do you see any other activities, like time restrictions monitored?

 

Please also make sure the child can't create a new Windows account that is not monitored by not giving his Windows account with Administrative rights.

False alarm, the issue was due to something entirely different. Everything is ok now.
