I sent the invitation to add a parent to my wife via the online interface. She received the email with instructions to add herself to the account but the instructions have an error. They tell her to go to the site and choose "Register Now" but that option is not available on the site. We were able to find our way to where she needed to be but this disconnect between the email instructions and the website should be corrected.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are indeed correct. The verbiage in the email inviting the second parent is incorrect and needs to be updated to reflect the current Web Portal login page. On that page, the 'Register Now' button has been updated to read 'Get Started'. We will be making the change to the email and supporting documentation ASAP. As you also correctly noted, clicking instead on the 'Get Started' button will nevertheless allow the second parent to register and participate in the monitoring of the children. It will properly connect the second parent to the correct account.
