Hello,

I am trying to install SafetyMinder, but it keeps getting an error when trying to install Norton online framework... I tried running the norton removal tool and restarting and re downloading but i still keep getting the same error... any help would be much appreciated.

I also have the same problem. Safety Minder was installed and I recieved an error message that said I would need to reinstall. When reinstalling I got the message. Now I cannot install at all. I am running Internet Security 2011.

I am getting the same problem. I have Windows XP SP3

I had to use Revo Uninstaller to remove everything, because the Norton Removal Tool said I had Symantec WinFax Pro and I did not.
