Norton Family

I had online family setup on my computer and I had to update our Norton antivirus and it stopped working correctly.  If I try to reinstall it I get an error saying I have to install online framework first.  Any help?

Hi folks

Hello ppl,

I have the same issue. I installed 360. In the process of putting 360 into my computer, they removed Safety minder. Now when i try to install it, it says i need to install norton onlione framework.

Please HELP!!!

I am having a similar problem with uninstall/reinstall... my problem seems to have started with an error message regarding Tamper Monitor -- since then NOF is not working and I have been trying everything to reinstall.
