Norton Family

I have three computers. Mine and two kids. I installed norton safety minder on all three. I can see my sons computer but I can't see my  daughters. Only one computer show up when I log in to my computer.

On her computer I can't see any way to "add" her to the online family. I can't even login or uninstall it from her computer.

Why is there no phone support with this company?

Hi Plinden56,

When you said "when I log in to my computer", did you mean you log onto your Norton Online Family account?  You need to associate your children's Windows accounts to their profiles online to monitor their activities.
