I'm testing on soical network moitoring, the test account is kid02, this account already open facebook and leaved some message, but from parent site it is showing "has no known Social Network Accounts".
I have searched this Norton Family forum, someone said parent needed a facebook account that have relationship with kid facebook account, my question is the parent facebook account same as Norton Family Online parent account ?

I might have not explained it clearly in my previous post. When I said logging out and logging in Facebook account, I referred to the child's Facebook account (not your Facebook account) on the monitored devices.

I've had this problem as well, the same with video montoring not working.
I spent some time with the Norton Support people and they verified my configuration was correct.
They said it is a problem in their software, and they will work on it.
That was a week or so ago. In looking through other entries it seems to be a common problem.

Yes I am a Norton Premier User, I'm a fairly new computer since the begining of the year, and it has never worked. The child's computer is running Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9. Everything is installed properly (Browser add-on etc.) It was also been reinstalled and rebooted several times. A Norton Support person took control of the laptop to verify that everything is correct, and decided that it was a problem in the software. I recieved a phone call back from a Norton Support person, he did not communicate well, but I believe he was trying to tell me that it was known problem, but would not be able to tell me when it would be fixed. I have not heard anything else.
