The catagory block feature doesn't seem to be working. I can manually input a website address to block, and that works just fine, but no catagories I check with an x will work. I did notice that when I viewed info about a specific site, it had no catagory listing, and when I went to 'dispute catagory' it was listed as being a 'catagory.null' . This happens for every website I check.

Hi kerradon,

Please make sure the Web Supervision is turned ON under Setting -> Web and click  UPDATE SETTINGS after you make changes.

No..tried that. Still not working. Also tried rebooting/restarting the computer and that didn't help either.

Please uninstall and reinstall Norton Safety Minder and let us know if it helps.

What country are you in?

Norton Internet security is the only program I use, and I live in Australia.

hi Katie

Have same issue, can block.   Just installed windows 7 new on a computer, had the older "parenting" SW from norton with norton 360.  the new SW does not work although the NOrton safety minder is enabled in my child account ont he computer. I am in Israel if this helps.
