Hi, is there a way to block all websites except those that I add on the whitelist?
It looks like it only works if a site meets one of the categories but I want to be able to block everything...
Thank you!

Hi dcfrank,
Yes. You can block all the categories at Settings -> Web and add the websites allowed to the whiltelist.
Please check the links below to the Help file on the allowing and blocking subject for details .

Selecting all categories will block every single website? Didnt seem to when I tried after installing, maybe it just needed a few minutes to start up.

Hi dcfrank,
It might take a couple of minutes to get the changes updated. You can click on Norton Safety Minder icon in the system tray and select Update House Rules to make the change get affected immediately.
Thanks,

Can you please let us know

2. what kind of phone it is?
Thanks,

I believe 2.3. Not sure which phone it is -- a basic verizon one (not a high class one that needs 2gb data)

Hi dcfrank,
Our QA team tried to reproduce the issue, but had no luck so far.
If you have multiple children on account, please make sure you have saved settings for the correct child. To verify, match the name on the Website with the name that appears on your phone in the House Rules screen.
Does it make any difference if you try a manual update of House Rules on your phone as suggested in my previous post?
Thanks,
Katie
