I know there are other threads on this, but does it normally take this long for patches to Firefox addons when Firefox is upgraded? Firefox is now on a permanent very short upgrade cycle, so this problem wont be going away. Does this also happen to Chrome (which also updates regularly) and IE (less so)?
Thanks,

Hi BBJohnson71,
The team is currently working very hard on the compatibility function with Firefox. As you know, Firefox releases a new update every six weeks. To better serve our users, we have to investigate the latest Firefox and test every feature of the parental program completely every time we have an update for the latest Firefox. It takes some time to finish the whole process. Besides adding more new features that help parents to monitor their children and provide a safer online environment for the kids, the NOF team has always been working diligently to support the latest Firefox.
I'll post a message to the thread when the new update that will support the latest Firefox is available.
As for Chrome and IE, I haven't heard anything in the forum or the feedback page. I'll check with the team to see if they are aware of any issues.
Thanks,
Katie
