I am using onlinefamily on mac os x. It is working fine except for email notifications. I could see alerts listed on the web site, but I never receive email notifications. I noticed a couple of other reports about this on the forum but no solution.

I have checked my spam folder.

Please check your notifications settings for your child to be sure you have them turned on.

All boxes are checked just like your example, but still no email.

I am using an email address forwarded to a gmail account.

Is it possible it is ending up in SPAM instead of forwarding?

Can you check with your ISP?

I put in my gmail address as a notification address and it is working now.
