Norton Family

I had online family installed in my pc but after updating Norton 360 it stopped working. If I try to reinstall it I get an error saying I have to install online framework first.

Browsing through the community I noticed that a lot of people had the same problem but all the answers were sent by Private Messages...

Can anyone give me hand here and tell me the correct steps to fix this?

I am having a Laptop with XP Pro installed. I also used Norton Removal tool and restarted the laptop
