I installed Safety Minder without issues, went thru the signing process and then when I am ready to finish I keep getting this message... I have tried for two days now and still the same... I am registering two new laptops and the same problem...

I also removed and installed again and I have the same problem

"En error occurred while receiving data from Norton Online Family. Please try later"

Could you post a screen shot of the message with background  where shows exactly where you get the error message?

Sent you an email with the screen print... hope that helps you narrow down the solution thanks Nancy BTW I do have a premier account and started having issues after upgrading

Hi NLO,

I found your email with screen shot that you sent to my mail box.  Thanks for the screen shot.  By the way, just for future reference, you need to click on the "tree" icon Insert/edit image to post a screen shot in the forum.

Can you please try to uninstall Norton Safety Minder from the PCs first, then install Norton Safety Minder on them again to see if it helps?
