(xp ff) OK - so I have unchecked social networks and discussion forumns - I have added facebook.com as an approved site... I can get to the first page but I am unable to login - it keeps returning me to the login screen... this did not happen before I installed online family... any help?

Hi ledtear,

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.    Please click on the "Update House Rules" option after click on the Norton Safety Minder icon in the system on the child's machine to make the house rules changes get affected right away.
