I have configured Online Family to block socal networking sites as well as adding facebook.com to the blocked list and still my kids can access the site.

Why is this??

Is it possible you can provide the exact entry in the URL entry field in the browser that your child uses to access facebook?

Irrespective of which facebook url I add, when I try to add the other, it says its already in the list.
