... NSM not yet.
Why Norton Programmers are working so slow, to release newest NSM for FF compatibility?
Firefox were updated since v.13 and NSM is still not available :(
Even NT is updated at almost "zero-day-release"... We need it NSM now! :D
Please make it faster... :)

I agree. I don't think an update was even available for FF 12, and now 13 is out. I'm not updating FF due to the increasing need for NSM on my pc for my teens. Please Please Please hurry up and get NSM ready for FF 13 or contact FF and work with them to be prepared in 6 weeks for FF 14

Hi akcenter and jcprincess,
Thanks for the posts. The team is currently working very hard on the compatibility function with Firefox. As you point out, Firefox releases a new update every six weeks. Besides adding more new features that help parents to monitor and provide a safer online environment for children, the NOF team has always been working diligently to support the latest Firefox.
I'll post a message to the thread when the new update is available.
Thanks for your patience!
Katie

Ditto. "or contact FF and work with them to be prepared"
It's been a week since Firefox13.0.1. came out. The Norton toolbar, which I assume allows Norton Identity Safe to work, also is disabled een though the following link from Norton on Firefox 13 says differently:
The best way to loose customers for a paid for service is to not respond quickly and effectively. Seeing as Firefox has a routine six week interval, it would make sense for some sort of liaison with Firefox to facilitate a smoother transition during updates.
I also have some strange issues with Norton Identity Safe's (NIS) newest version released a while back. Many of my over 100 log-ins and log-in folders are no longer available from the drop down (both in IE and FF). I have to open the edit mode to launch the log-in or go to my favorites within IE or FF. I had become accustomed to using the NIS as a bookmark or favorites for log-ins list to avoid having to scroll through my several hundred folders, bookmarks and favorites within IE & FF. I have submitted several (dozens) "Report Issue" from within NIS, but have not once heard from anyone at Norton.

Katie,
I've been waiting for this update, Windows Client of Norton Safety Minder with build number 2.3.0.20, to come through via my automatic updates or manual updates for a few weeks now...
Any ideas? That is, aside from me having to spend several hours minding an uninstall and reinstall of Norton 360 & FF?.

Hi techman-hou,
If for some reason Norton Safety Minder hasn't been updated automatically, you can download the latest version of Norton Safety Minder for the product of Norton Online Family by clicking on the “ Norton Safety Minder Download Now” link which locates in the lower right hand corner of the NOF main page https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs
The Norton Online Family and Norton Safety Minder are independent from Norton 360, so uninstalling and reinstalling Norton 360 won't help.
Thanks,
Katie
